the following steps to access and run the Cox High Speed Internet Speed
Check tool. Before running the tool, it is important to note that the
Cox High Speed Internet Speed Check tool was designed to be used when
connected to the Cox network.
The Internet Speed Check tool is not compatible with any iDevice, including iPad, iPhone, or iTouch.

From the My Connection page, next to My Services, click the Internet link.

Under My Account located on the left navigation bar, click Run Internet Speed Check.
Note: Users will receive different results when using the Speed Check tool at WIFI hotspots or over a 3G/4G network. These types of networks are not connected directly to the Cox Network and the user experience will be different than the one experienced using your home-based equipment.

Result: The Check Your Internet Speed page displays.

Click Check Speed to begin the speed test.
Note: When using the Speed Check tool, firewall software like McAfee and Symantec can cause incorrect results.

Result: Once completed, Your Results display in the same window and at the bottom of the page.
To view up to 25 of your most recent speed tests ran, click View past results.

You can also view the Speeds and Data Plans to see your limits and allowances for your particular package.
